Whole Body, Whole You

In keeping with our mission of providing an integrative wellness solution, we offer integrative fitness training.  Our training principles are based on a thorough comprehension of the body and biomechanics. We take into account the whole body and how it functions as a whole, since the body never truly moves in isolation. We focus on bringing the body into alignment using corrective exercise techniques that improve both posture and performance. There’s a lot that we can teach you, but in order for you to parlay this learning into your lifestyle, we keep it simple, exciting and fun.

Your Program, Your Results                             

Flourish empowers through supporting choice.  Therefore you choose what measurement tools are important to you.  We can evaluate such factors as BMI, body fat percentage, flexibility, strength, posture, gait, and joint stability.  And we also use other tools – like the fit of your favorite pants, stress or confidence scales and exercise readiness tools.  The Flourish™ Method takes into account your body and goals, as well as your exercise retention and success. Your progress is tracked at least every 4 weeks, with continuous verbal “check-ins,” to ensure that you are seeing results.
