What are the emPower Programs?

The emPower Programs are a systematic, unique and intensive approach to acquiring overall wellness, balance and confidence.  They are based on the Flourish Method.

The flourish™ method honors three evidence-based facts:

1)      Incorporating healthy behaviors into ones life is a process (it takes time).

2)     Wellness is integrative and holistic – being well means more than knowing how to exercise and what to eat.

3)     You are more likely to succeed when you make your own choices.

If you are looking for a quick fix…you won’t find it here.  Our programs do not include “miracle diets,” or gimmicks of any kind.  If you are, however, ready for real transformation, happiness and balance and if you are willing to do the necessary work that will result in true lifestyle change – Flourish can be your guide!  It is our mission to help you take personal responsibility for your wellness and eliminate any personal trainer dependency.  Flourish both educates and empowers!

How do the emPower Programs work?

Coaching + Training = Lasting Results.

Our effective concept combines Personal Training and Wellness Coaching to assist our clients in taking charge and moving forward on their own.  We offer an integrative wellness solution touching on all aspects of wellness such as exercise, nutrition, weight control, stress reduction and medical condition management.

Changing your life for the better takes planning, focus and time to find out what works and what doesn’t.  It takes some thinking work to figure out your personal motivation and what may be blocking you from accomplishing your goals.  During your Flourish wellness coaching sessions, you’ll develop a plan that will be broken down into realistic goals that your coach will hold you accountable to on a weekly basis.  Flourish Wellness Coaching offers a structured approach that still allows you to make your own choices – because you support what you create.  When you actually make the choices that you know you should make, more consistently and more powerfully, you will reach your ideal level of wellness. 

During the Flourish personal training sessions you will have a trained eye to help you perfect your form, a motivator who will make exercise fun and a teacher who will help you get the results you want and show you how to progress so that you continue on your own.  We schedule your personal training sessions using a tapered approach that gives you full support in the beginning while we slowly reduce contact as exercise becomes a part of your life.
